CSS/PHP/HTML/Forum Website Adjustments

We have sites/forum projects that need some finishing touches. Please do not bid on this project unless you are 100% confident you can complete ALL the issues with these sites. Please keep in mind that websites MUST function and appear as described in all browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox). There are a lot of edits but most are VERY SMALL and should be easy for someone good in PHP / CSS. We are looking for this work to be done correctly, quickly, and affordably! You MUST have skype and MUST be online on a daily basis atleast 5 days a week. ## Deliverables [][1] Site Corrections for [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (clone style sites): 1. All pages including the sub pages, search pages and forum should have matching side margins. Currently, almost every page has different side margins. <[login to view URL]> is a very similiar layout if you want to check how they did it. 2. Look at 1.jpg. The lower is what the top of each site should look like minus the red line. Currently... - The information within the box does not have enough space around the text and box. It should have a margin within the green as shown in the image. - The box itself is screwed up in chrome on bestdealsearch.com. - The center feed does not have the blue background (every other post in the feeds throughout the site has this). - The font is not the same font used throughout the site. - "Sales Coupon Codes Member Sign In:" should be a slightly larger font size and should say "Forum Member Sign In:" instead. The white box with feeds is not centered vertically within it's parent box. 3. [login to view URL] still say it's designed by Secure Link on the bottom of pages as [login to view URL] does. 4. In chrome, the links below the search box are black and not underlined. The "best dealtv" link should be "best deal tv". Sale coupon codes links work/look good. Unbold the word "Popular" from this area. 5. Ads are being posted after a member replys to a thread in the forum. It should be placed under the initial thread post and only there. Also, the ad color and font should match those on the front page. Right now they are black/yellow it looks like. All ads will be based out of Google Adsense. The account information will be provided. 6. Place ads throughout the forum as used on [login to view URL]'s. Only the ad in the upper right and lower right handside. 7. There is a mistake shown in [login to view URL] where the red arrow is. This is also made on the forum search page. 8. Throughout the forum, the layout does not remain liquid to all resolutions as the index does. 9. The Best deals link on the main page should link to <[login to view URL]> 10. The profile screen does not look right please see 3.jpg. Everything is pushed over and there is another one of those mistakes at the top as marked in 2.jpg. 12. On the posting reply screen I am noticing more rounding corner mistakes as seen in 2.jpg. This seems to be a common issue thoughout the forum. 13. The admin forum account needs to be recreated or recovered. I do not have the login information for it and need it. 14. Adjust the following links within the forum: Remove "Home" and have links to the Best Deal Search ([[login to view URL]][2]) and Sale Coupon Codes ([[login to view URL]][3]). Rename Board Index to Forum Home. 15. The following contact forms need to be aligned properly <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> As they are here: <[login to view URL]> 16. This image: <[login to view URL]> needs to be put at the top of the following pages: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> As it is here: <[login to view URL]> 17. Orange buttons should mouse over on all Secure Link websites/pages. This works in most in IE, but also needs other browsers.
