COMMUNICATION WEB SITE - INTERACTIVE

We would like to recieve a web site that can be used as a form of communication. We own a shopping centre and there are many people who want to know what is going on at the centre. Therefore, we would like our management to enter details onto this web site as they happen. It should allow customization of the web site so we can add and delete menus and structure ourselves. It should allow us to sort columns and have follow up functions on certain items.? Some people have suggested Joomla or sharepoint. We dont mind which platform is used as long as it has flexibiltiy.? ? ? ? ## Deliverables As stated in my previous email, we need a system that we can customise, however other functions would be, when someone is to be notified of an issue that has been logged into the communications web site, they are notified by email there is a new item to be reviewed and either shows them on the email or provides a hyper link to the web site. It should also allow the ability to attach photos and documents, work or pdf. We have attached a sample spreadsheet that shows the sort of information we are looking for.
