Build a Spanish Website

The website its about Italy and it will target traffic from Spain. (hotel flights tourism food etc...) I will need a full website ready to run (will need to look totally professional). Aprox 50 pages to start with ,plus it will need weekly update. The content will need to be totally original. SEO past experience its a plus as well as link building. It could become a full time job in the near future, I also have more websites to develop so it could be a good starting project to start to know each other. I will need to be 100% satisfied with the project (so far I always had good experience) I prefer someone located in South America.
