Basic iPhone Location-Based Application - Objective C

I require the development of a location-based application. This should be easy work for an experienced iPhone developer. Please don't bid if you're a mickey-mouse merchant. Must be very familiar with the following aspects of XCode/Objective C/Cocoa Touch: - SQLite - GPS and location - MKMapView - UITableView - Search Detailed specifications are in the Word document attached. Also, a database is attached in Excel format. A map icon is also included. **Location-based iPhone Application - Project Specification** This document specifies the requirements for this project and should be used as the basis for all work. The programmer should make this application as customer-orientated and user-friendly as possible. The key is to enable the passenger to rapidly find out phone numbers of dry-cleaning outlets and enable them to dial those numbers with a minimum number of taps. Technically, what is required is an iPhone application that lists all dry-cleaning outlets in the vicinity of the customer. There are two main screens in this application * list of top 6 or 7 company names/phone numbers (ordered by location relative to customer) (implemented as a “UITableView??). Customer able to see more companies by tapping “more?? until no more companies * map showing the location of all companies (initially this screen is hidden, but can be called up when the customer clicks on 'Show Map') Implemented as a “MKMapView??. Customer can dial (via standard phone) any company in their vicinity by simply tapping on the number.
