**FUNDED PROJECT.
The project requires automatic aggregation from a large set of web sites information into a single database.**
The actual project industry is confidential at this stage but a near perfect match would be the aggregation into a single database of all the houses advertised on real estate web sites.
Bids should please explain how you would go about solving the problem above. In particular given a list of x thousand company URLs how would you build software that found the right pages and how you would then extract the correct information to populate the database.
You can assume a certain level of guaranteed information - for example being provided with the base housing page URLs of each of the web site (e..g [login to view URL]).
Also the process needs to run automatically you can also include some initial 'system training' though you will need to specify how that would work.
**This project is funded by venture capital and significant budget is available. At this stage the ability to show you can deliver is more crucial than the budget.**
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
