Building a new website that includes CMS

I have a website that was built very poorly. It is working, but far from the ideal way. It also lacks some important functions. You can view the current website + its CMS on out test server: Current Website <[login to view URL]> CMS of current website (user: admin, pass: khhixprhu,): <[login to view URL]> I need someone to build this website from scratch, but this time properly. Basic requirements: 1) Programming language: asp.net 3.5 development environment in C# 2) Java script/ Jquery/ Ajax knowledge is a must. 3) Design oriented + CSS is a must. 4) CMS documentation (how the final system works) is required. 5) Documentation is required according to the "documentation" file attached. 6) Knowledge of webservices is a must. 7) We will view the final product on our server. 8) All requirements are written in details in the files attached. Of course, the current website is a great reference and a good source to understand better what we're dealing with. Before we even start: 1) I am willing to take you on this project only if you are capable of doing an excellent work. 2) Go through the current website. If you're not capable of doing a much better work, you are not fit for this project. 3) The QA of the website should be executed by you. Unfortunately in previous projects, some coders allowed themselves to submit a product that was full of bugs. I'm expecting you to send me a product only after it has been tested by you. 4) The website should be working flawlessly on my server. If it works on yours, but has bugs on ours- it doesn't work! ## Deliverables * Please find attached the caracterization of the project + important files. * Final ready design in Photoshop open files (PSD), in order to cut for slices will be delivered after closing this bid.
