connecting to Oracle using PHP, OCILogon help

Hi, I am having problem connecting to oracle 9i using php function OCILogon("username", "password"). The error which i am facing is it says that Call to undefined function: ocilogon() in **c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\[login to view URL]** on line **13 ** I think its some dll named [login to view URL] missing or some php configurations not appropriately set for oracle.
