TCP/UDP & Trojan Ports MySQL Database

We have a requirement for a MySQL database of TCP & UDP ports with information about the services that run on those ports. The database should also include Trojan ports and information about the trojans as well. The db developer will be required to create, and populate the database with this information. Special consideration will be given to developers that can write perl scripts that will go out to web and update the information in the database weekly. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
