Daily server admin and monitoring needed for File Storage Website

We are looking for a DAILY, friendly, reliable, knowledgable and very patient remote LINUX server administrator and developer to take care of all daily and sometimes emergency tasks for our semi-managed server that hosts our website www.MidUpload.com. You would have to spend 30 min to 1 hour per day, 7 days a week doing a variety of server and website maintenance WinSCP and command line tools such as Putty. Things you would need to look for are high server load, DDOS, server reboot as well as removing offensive files every that people complain about and send them a canned message back that there request has been taken care of. The http start and mysql start after reboot should be automated. We would also like you to also develop a simple webinterface for all these daily tasks so they can be performed by someone without command line or Linux commands experience. Please be aware that this is a live file hosting site with thousands of customers and we expect the server(s) to be manager perfectly and with no downtime!!! You will need to monitor and report to us (maybe even build a reporting tool) all server data so we can easily monitor how the server usage and traffic grows. If the site grows the number of server grow and your job grows as you need to setup the new servers up, monitor them, etc. You will also need to talk/communicate with our hosting company frequently. Please be prepared for that. Just to reiterate, most of your daily work will be to check your MidUpload email account for email from our contact form and requests to remove offending or copyrighted files. All file removal requests will need to get taken care if right away. This job should require no more than 30 mins to 1 hour daily (I need less than 30 mins), but since I also want you to develop new monitoring tools and interfaces as well as new things to make all of these daily tasks automated you might need a little more time than 7 hours per week. The job will grow, though, and you should be prepared to handle more load and more hours over time.
