we would like to run a own dmoz directory on our website. for this, we are locking for a ready to go php or asp script, which will
1. get the dump rdf files from [url removed, login to view]
2. parse it into a ms sql or mysql database
3. build a nice looking directory like dmoz on our website with
directory structure and content. look and feel like on [url removed, login to view]
4. online form for registering own sites, which will be saved to the
ms sql or mysql database AND not overwritten by a future new dump

the parser should be able to pull out only some categories of the dump file. we do not intend to pull out whole data, only part of it (world/german/europe) for example. the second part of the coding is a php script which will show the directory in dmoz or google style on our homepage. it should be easy changeable in design (css, template driven).
