Convert nessus script to Perl

I need the nessus script (reads a lot like a c program) test converted to perl code. Specifically, I have all but a particular function call (check_rpc_serv()) converted. I need assistance finishing this last bit of conversion. Attached is my version of the code and the original nessus script My version of the check_rpc_serv() is the sub check_rpc_serv function. This is so I can cron this program and email our network administrators when a laptop/new computer appears on our local network without the patch installed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
