CGI (Perl) Scripts writen to collect and redistribute FDF data - repost

I have created a fillable form using Acrobat X. I am needing it set up to transfer the info via FDF to my web server (Bluehost). From there I need some custom cgi scripts (php) that would collect the info, merge it back into the form, and then e-mail it to me. I have downloaded the FDF toolkit from Adobe which includes sample scripts, but I am still struggling as to how to compile them and what else might be needed to make this work. Overall goal of the project is to take job application (acrobat X form) and receive completed form (pdf, word or html) in email box of H.R. representative on our Bluehost email.
