Hello, My name is Phil and I am a professional full-time web application developer (working primarily with PHP and MySQL, although I also have experience in ASP and other SQL providers). I have formal university training here in Australia and I have over 5 years experience in my present profession. I am a full time freelancer (I have no "9-to-5" job) so I am completely focused on my clients which means you come first. That's why I can absolutely garuantee that my work will be the best, and will be the quickest. I have already developed a forum script from scratch, and in fact that forum (which I operate) gets 3000+ visits per month. Most other providers here will probably just offer you freeare forum scripts, but I have a proprietary solution which I developed myself so I can work with you to customise it exactly how you want it. I am new on GetAFreelancer but I have a substantial experience not only with my own offline clients but with another outsourcing website (where I have worked for 2 years).
