Convert Current Website Into OSCommerce Into Website

We need someone to setup a unique Webstore for us based around the CRELoaded verison of OSCommerce. We only chose this verison because we are familiar with it already. We are open to other CMS systems. Currently we have an old perl/cgi/mysql based website, which we are tired of manually updating, and we like the back office features in CRELoaded. We do have a couple pages which we want to keep from the old site, but we want them scripted so that we do not have to manually update them. We have roughly 25,000 items in our catalog, and in the past, we have had problems with importing our inventory into OSCommerce, so we need someone who can work around this.
