Add Custom Search and Bot

The site is [login to view URL] I would like people to be able to search site. I need search added to the front page of site. I need users to be able to search my database. Currently I only have two value's to search...image name, image URL. I would like to add a few more features to my DB. That is where bot comes in. I would like you to create bot to go to URL in DB where image is located and cache text from page. So now the search will use that text on the URL to filter results. Also I would like it to cache the image size as well. Also ... I would like the bot to check to see if the image is still located at the site the DB says it is at. If it is not located there...it removes it from DB....after several tries. I would also like users to be able to search within a category as well as the whole site.
