business directory in magento store

I have a database (excel sheet) with more than 20.000 records of companies (company name, address, email, phone, city ...). Each record contains also info about username and password. I am for looking someone to implement business directory in my magento store. 1. Create a new section 'Business directory' and assign subcategories – European countries 'Austria', ‘Belgium’… 2. Create a new user group 'Directory', and import users with all details from my excel table (company name, address, email, phone, city, ...) in this group. 3. Functionality: a) All users in this group should be able to log-in their member area, and modify their login credentials, address, email, ecc. details. Those records should be visible in Business directory, in subcategory ‘Country’. So for a member whose address is in Austria, the record should be shown in category Business Directory / Austria. b) All users should have an option to buy (with paypal and bank transfer) time-limited (for 1 year) premium membership. Premium members should be able to upload their logo (and other pictures), add description, no-follow url link to their website, ecc. Their records should be listed in every country-subcategory above all other (non-premium) listings. Five (5) days before premium period expires, the company (and me as admin in cc) should automatically receive an email with instructions how/where to extend the premium account (paypal or bank transfer payment). c) Premium and latest added records should be seen also on front page of the store. d) tore visitors should be able to contact companies using a captcha protected contact form.
