Configuration of server and database fix

We need somebody to optimise our database and check our PHP code. We have been advised that if we do not resolve the issue that is causing our CPU to be maxed out and subsequently crashing Plesk then Plesk will continue to crash. The other 2 are PHP processes for the website ***********.com that have used up the CPU. We would advise that you repair and optimise your databases. We would also like PHP SOAP installed on the server. We can provide SSH access to restart Plesk and look into the server issues.
