Android Application for Assessment and Web Based control panel

We are looking for Assessment tool which will be installed in Andriod based Tablet Devices. There will be questions in this assessment tools with multiple options to select. The participants will fill the assessment using Android Devices. The Application and Web Based panel should be in two languages (Arabic and English) All the Users must have there Unique ID provided Android application should be able to work offline and sync with web based administrator panel where all the data will be synced for every user and consolidated report will be generated for every user. As soon as we connect the android device with wireless internet the results should sync automatic. One copy of results should be saved in the android device as well which should be accessible by the administrator only. Web based panel should calculate the total scores set for every question. Should show the total number time taken for user. (Start and End Time) So basically we need the following • Andriod Application having Questions Bank • Web Based Control panel to manage the questions and user management, which should sync with android application automatic. • Administrator should able to manage the questions and set the score for each question. • Administrator should able to add remove users. • Administrator should able to set the language in device (Arabic and English.)
