ASAP - icepay payment provider not showing payment options on wordpress site

ASAP we have installed the new wordpress system on our server and from then the ICEPAY 3rd party payment provider that we are using are not showing the payment options of ICEPAY. we have installed the ICE woocommerce plugin and the ICEPAY sign is shown, but we do not see the payment options. as the ICEPAY office is closed for the weekend and there is no one who can help resolving this issue, i need an expert that will help me resolve this ASAP
