Automatic print invoice on printer magento

I need a system that automatic prints the invoice of my new orders 2 times when they are received, + DHL shipping labels ( one time ). Next is, i need a cronjob that automatic gernerated the dhl intraship labels, at the moment i need to do it manual. Its not a normal shipping label from magento, its a extern extension for german shipping. ( please look at the attched file ) So when all is done we will get this Number 1 .pdf file is: [login to view URL] Number 2 .pdf file is: [login to view URL] Its 2 different printers. When a order is received it shall automatic print the invoice 2 times on my printer. One for me and one for my customer ( Printer is A4 ) Next is the Shipping Label From DHL Intraship ( Its german ) that need to be printed on ( A5 ) Important: I realy dont want to press any button in magento backend. I will get 10000 orders in month so i dont want to waste time with it.
