A client of ours had a third party design their website to try and save some money. Long story short, it now needs to be redone. The site was originally done in ASP, but it needs to be converted to Wordpress. Your tasks are: 1. Convert the layout you see at [login to view URL] into a Wordpress Theme 2. The user login on the home screen should be removed and made into a discrete login at the bottom. 3. Special events should be a listing of posts in a category named "Special Events" 4. Since this is a restuarant, the owner should be able to log into the backend and upload pictures of his dishes and enter a description. This information should be saved in the Wordpress database using options. The pictures can be uploaded using the media uploader that is built in. The display is what is important: Summary displays should show in the Our Special Menu section in the same manner it appears on [login to view URL], however, that should be dynamically generated content so you'll need to write a custom function in the theme to generate the content. 5. The "more" link in the generated content from #4 should be a link to a Post about that menu item. 6. Testimonials page should be just a regular wordpress page as created by the Page > Add Page function in the admin interface. 7. The menu link in the header should also just be a regular page. 8. Special Dishes should be a regular page 9. Diet Culture should also be a regular page. 10. Contact Us should also be a regular page. Theme must be an installable, fully functioning theme. you may design it on your own development server. Email us daily snapshots so we can monitor progress.
