CRON job and PHP file that pull a TAB delimited database from another site into a MySQL database(repost)(repost)

I'm looking to get this done ASAP, as I am under a deadline. If you've got the skills to do this, please bid now, instead of later. I need two things in this project: 1. A PHP file that downloads a TAB delimited TXT file down from a remote server onto my server, and parses the data into an existing MySQL database. 2. A cron job that calls the PHP file. I can do both of these things on my own, and the cron job isn't really that important (it takes like 15 seconds to setup.) I'm mainly concerned with the PHP file having the following specific abilities: A. It needs to be able to download a remote file B. It needs to save that file to the local disk C. It needs to delete all the records from the table D. It needs to parse the file from TAB delimited format into a MySQL statement and INSERT the records into the now empty MySQL table. Site details and all sensitive information will be given to the winning coder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Apache on a Linux server
