Bulk Overture Domains Checking in Linux server.

I am basically look for a script to run in LINUX SERVER, .php prefered. 1) The script will check a huge list of domains in a text file (I will upload to a particular directory) to the overture US server. 2) The script will then SAVE the overture results of the domains into a file. 3) The script should be able to run 24/7/365 from the linux server. 4) So when my windows PC is shut down, the script will still be checking the domains in my linux server. 5) The script should run as 3 threads each time. 6) The script MUST "re-check" domains that did not get an overture result due to: server down, server busy, etc. 7) The cheapest bid will most likely get this job.
