Bulk Mailing Turorials

We're looking for an expert in Bulk Email Marketing with INTERSPIRE. You must have experience in IEM (Interspire Email Marketer) for Bulk Email Marketing and provide step by step tutorials on how to do the following: - Explain which OS & Panel I should choose and why - Optimize MySQL Server for operations with Interspire Email Marketer; - Set up DKIM Signing, RDNS, PX, MX & SPF records, DNS - Set up of maximum emails processed per hour must be supported (I won't need rotating IPs); - Configure the mail server & MTA to work securely and quickly with Interspire Email Marketer, and optimize for inbox delivery to major providers (Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, Gmail); - Set up of CRON schedule setting; - Must provide ongoing support when I start to setup things myself with provided tutorial materials. Please bid only if you have experience in this and are able to make step by step tutorials detailing the steps outlined in this project.
