1. ? Get an Asterisk/FreePBX server running (probably do some kind of dedicated hosting unless shared hosting could still be reliable for the VoIP) 2. ? Get GOOGLE VOICE free phone number working on Asterisk RELIABLY. ? There is an issue or two with Asterisk and Google Voice that seems to cause some problems not allowing 100% of inbound calls to be appropriately answered. ? Get Asterisk/FreePBX and vTiger fully and properly integrated. ? (Pop ups/click to dial/caller id inbound/etc) 4. ? Instant-Dialer for New Leads. ? Here's where potential customization comes in: A. ? As SOON as the new lead comes in - the Asterisk server should begin dialing the phone number of the new lead immediately. B. ? A POP-UP window will immediately BEEP and notify all logged vTiger users that the system is dialing a NEW LEAD. ? " . A new lead is being DIALED right now! ? Would you like to accept this call?" ? (Note: ? A section in vTiger should be available to assign user ID's, roles, and/or groups to this feature - meaning if the user ID is NOT listed in the 'Instant-Dialer' set up screen - that user will NOT see these pop-ups - but any user ID that IS listed in the 'Instant-Dialer' set up screen WILL see this POP-UP.) C. ? The POP-UP window will have two buttons 'ACCEPT' and 'DECLINE' - The POP-UP window will also default to 'DECLINE' and close if no selection is made within 10 seconds. D. ? If all users select (or? default) to 'DECLINE' the call is dropped/stopped on the Asterisk side. E. ? The first user to 'ACCEPT' the call will have the outbound call (that Asterisk is/has already dialed and has live call in progress!) routed to their extension (will use FREE? soft-phones? to start.) AND the lead information in vTiger will open up in a NEW WINDOW web browser (not the same browser window - this will help to keep data/work being entered currently without losing it and still allow user to make quick decision to accept a new call.) F. ? Any other user who presses 'ACCEPT' after the call is accepted by another user will be presented with a follow up dialogue window: "The call has already been accepted by another user." with "OK" button
