php/mysql only.
Could you check out this web site:

If you accept, it goes to page 2 for flight info then page 3 for personal information. I suspect if you fill out the info on page 3 then hit next, it generates an e-mail to airline SOC (the airlines system control) for processing, and probably to crew sked.
An additional part would be a page with the current schedule, and possibly a page on j/s procedures(information only). There should be a control panel where the airline could manipulate the schedule available. The info page should be editable through the control panel.
The traveller will enter info like their airline code, employees number, passport info etc. I will provide a list of this info for you
They need to be able to select a month of flight.
This system will simply capture the travellers info and e-mail it to 2 e-mails. we will need to be able to add e-mails for this message through the control panel.
The 3 buttons at the bottom of the page are the tail numbers of the 3 aircraft that they have. you can click through them to see the flight info that the person would be clicking through.
basically, we need a control panel where we could manipulate the schedule that will look like the attached document and the ability to capture the rider's info and send it in an e-mail to a few addresses.
I want to see some web sites you developped.
Please do not call me outside of rent a coder to discuss this.
Thanks,
Ed
