Convert existing website to Joomla and VirtueMart

I need to convert most of the current website [login to view URL] to be the distribution site for the UK and Ireland. I do not have access to their FTP servers to download the content, however this should not be necessary as the pages and scripts are not locked and we have authorisation to use the trademark and images. I need the zumba shop all working with the same products but the price being able to be shown in Euros and British pounds sterling (GBP) with shipping only to UK and Ireland. We need ZIN members (registered Zumba instructors with the USA) who login using the [login to view URL] javascript API to give the authorised registered users a 20% discount off the retail price before post and packing with these prices being shown to those authorised visitors. We need a bespoke CMS template for our homepage to be the same with our own music track and adverts that we can content manage, and templates for other areas of the site for classes and workshops and training days. Perhaps and events calendar. This must work with VirtueMart which we need integrated with Paypal and SSL, we also need integration with StoneEdge (OMS) which is opensource for order management and processing to allow us to have automatic e-fulfillment with the pick and packing prices added to the shipping rates. So this all just needs installing and connecting with VirtueMart. We already have the hosting with Joomla and Virtuemart installed with SiteGround at [login to view URL] and we have their permission.
