Bug fixes in a module

I need following corrections in jea property listing website Bugfix 1. Search module in this link ([login to view URL]) - need to fix location values. i.e Town should load based on Department and Area must load based on Town. Currently only Area is loading based on the town chosen. But Town is not loading based on Departments. But this dependency is working fine in the property posting form (click on the below link and login using the details to view the posting form) check the localization section under the editor box. Link: [login to view URL] username: pass: Nikhil321$ Bug fix 2: Similarly this same functionality must be made in this page too ([login to view URL]) Bug fix 3: In Property for sale module, rent module and property posting form - Tamil Nadu must be in default selected under department(state). I need that department label to be renamed as State. Bug fix 4: All the district, town and area option value must not be listed alphabetically. It must listed based on the order id set in the component. So that I will be able to sort the values from back end itself. This is JEA component ([login to view URL])
