Advanced search module for Virtuemart 2

Hi,
i have car parts web store with around 300 categories. For around 20 categories I have excel file with filter (attached) and i want to import these filters in web store. I want to have advanced search module (filter) which customer see only if select category with filter. One of those category (wiper blades) has around 250 products but in filter excel table i have 60000 rows (250 different products are suitable for 60000 different cars). I want filter to be fast. From everbody I would like to hear idea how can you do the project.
