convert c# to php

we have a website with a 5 step sign up process written in c#. we are looking for a developer to convert the c# code to PHP. you need to be proficient in both c# & php. you need to know mysql as well as stored procedures in mysql. step 2 of the project is the backend that manages this process needs to be converted from c# to php as well. the backend manages 3 items. we need to be able to add/edit/delete records in the database. there is no need for design work. there is no need for db building. everything is working and we only need both sections converted to PHP with the same end result. you need to mention 'C#PHP' in your PM to be considered. the bid to be accepted must include samples of past work done. must have references on this site.
