automated data collecting and simple website design

I am looking for someone or a group of programmers to create a script to enter into mysql database data from several video websites (similar to [login to view URL]) that allow others to embed video to thair websites. The data that needs to be collected: video name, link to video pic, embed code and the date when data was collected. This collecting process needs to be done several times a day (cronjob) for the latest videos. Data than needs to be presented in graphic form (similar to [login to view URL]) - thumbnails with video names (according to the date of collection). When clicked on a video name or video thumbnail - embed video should open above the thumbnails (similar to [login to view URL]). A search option also needs to be done - search by video name. Will send website addresses from which the data needs to be gathered on request. Thanks for bidding.
