Disqus Comment Module Clone

I need a module that clones all the features of the Disqus Comment system. [[login to view URL]][1] It should be easy to integrate into existing websites and also look nice . It should be easy to change the look and feel of the module as well. This project should be written in php, mysql, javascript/ajax/jquery and use css.
