Develop Working Prototype for Product Website

Develop working prototype for product database website. Must use PHP, MySQL, Smarty, Javascript technologies. The core of the website will focus on the product. For each product there will be a known issue database with threaded discussion. This can be written from scratch or phpbb3 can be integrated. Users will use RPXNOW API to login. There will be a database for categories, items, media, users, notifications, issues, discussion and links. Items will be categorized using parent child tree relationship. Users can search or browse for items. IF item is not found a new one will be added and user prompted to fill in information. Users will be able to upload photos of items. Users will be able to add new issues or contribute to existing. Each known issue will be able to be voted up or down, have open, resolved status, and links to other discussions on external websites. Users can opt to be notified when new information is added for product.
