Database Programmer - OSCommerce guru(repost)

We're a web developer in Cincinnati specializing in small and medium businesses. We are looking for an OSCommerce guru database pro who has TONS of experience with this application. Although we occasionally use it straight out of the box, most of our OSCommerce implementations are customized. Frequently, our art directors will need you to reformat the front-end, creating a unique look and feel. Associated with that is frequently the need to customize the admin section too. And then there's the need to customize and implement the many modules the community has created. In some instances, you'll be creating modules. You'll also need proficiency with JavaScript. You'll have lots of diversity of projects, and all of them are short-term (typically a dB project will be between 10-30 hours). You will be responsible for giving us the budget for the project, and then delivering the project within the time-frame and estimated hours. PLEASE -- no moonlighters - you need to be available during normal business hours for these projects. Because of this need, you MUST be US based -- sorry, no internationals. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
