Dashboard of PHP reporting (DB2 to PHP)

Skills that may be needed: DB2, PHP, SQL, AJAX, JAVASCRIPT We have several reports similar to this so the winner will be considered for several future projects if this project is successful. We have an internal IT department who will support this long term but the initial development can take months at times due to large amount of work they are required to do so this is a test to see what the a few things; Can it be done using a freelancer, Will it meet our standards (design, look, and usability), what is the savings we can experience. Please keep this in mind when bidding for this project. We have several reports (such as this) that we use SQL to write queries off our mainframe DB2 environment. Once we get the report ready we need to publish it so the field can use it and be able to get large amounts of data to them that are easy to understand and get to details. This report is called Onsite Repairs (required to have final complete within one week of award) The report tells us how much money is spent monthly by account within about 5 categories. It can help us show if an account is improving or not. It can show us one region vs. another region. It can show us one job vs. another job. • The header logo files are attached • The DB2 table name of the raw data that will be pulled in is PIDCW01.ONSITE_REPAIRS_13_MTH o The example and structure of this table can be viewed in the excel spreadsheet (SQL Query Tab) o We can provide the structure format (text, decimal, or date) if needed • The general sample layout gives you a highlevel look and feel expectations o All data / details must be able to export to excel o All headers should be able to click and it sort A-Z or Highest to lowest. • The example tab gives you just another example of the layout for this specific report. o We want to be able to look at it several different ways; Region, Month, Fleet code, Account Name, Job Description. • The layout for what it displays with the different view is slightly different. (See view details tab) o Yes, the user can combine a combined selection Region: MW, Month: January, Job: Wipers Additional Requirements: Long term it will live on our server so all files will be required and we will support it after the completed reporting dashboard is complete. We are open to hearing better ways of displaying the information. We encourage those who work with us to be thinking outside the box. *We are looking long-term at many more projects; please place competitive bids for continued work. I can say that if this cost more than in-house our company will not allow further projects.
