Daily deal website modifications. CakePHP, SQL

Our site uses php and cakephp to offer daily deals. We need to have a few modifications done. Some of this can be duplicated from existing pages / sql tables and then modifying them slightly. We want people that purchase the voucher to be able to select a school to donate a portion of their proceeds to from a dropdown. Each city that we feature deals in will have different schools so we need to have the ability to add, edit/modify, and delete schools for each city. We also need a way to track the amount of donations that have been given to a school. We will be adding new cities in the future and for each city we will have a new list of schools. FRONTEND 1. On [login to view URL] (the checkout page) we want to have the user select a dropdown option with a list of schools in the area. The school dropdown will be populated from the database so we will need the following completed for it to function. DATABASE (sql) 2. Add table for schools. 2A. Add fields to schools table. school, district, principal, phone, address, city_id, state, zip, url, city, commission, donation_amount, deals_bought (there may be others you need to add for functionality like school_id etc, these are just the one's I think we'll need.) BACKEND ADMIN 3. Add "Schools" section on admin page in backoffice. Preferably right under the companies section. a. Schools overview page. (a list of all the schools. Similar to the current companies page. We need to be able to select the school to get further info and edit their details) b. In the html table we would like to have the following fields displayed. school, city, address, phone, commission percentage, donation amount, and deals bought. (The "deals bought" column will show the total # of deals purchased that user's selected to donate to the school) c. Just like the companies overview page, we need to have an "Add School" so we can add schools, a CSV export option, and a search bar at the top so we can search for schools. d. "Add school" page with necessary fields to add the school to the database. e. The commission per school will be calculated using the "deal_commission_percentage" x "discount_amount" x "school percentage" Once complete. We will need a list of all the files edited so we can make backups of them.
