Cut PSD images into html / php - UPDATED 5/23/06

This is an emergency project - I need it in 2-3 days maximum. Please have a artistic eye and try to make this as accurate as possible and use your judgement where you have questions. I will only select coders with high feedback. Please have knowledge of javascript (for mouse overs, field validation on contact form), php - includes, CSS. This will be to cut a total of about 10 pages. The PDF only shows 4 of them, there are more in psd format [UPDATED 5/23/06]. Included is a PDF of what the PSD files will look like - You will have to create roll overs for the navigation buttons (those should be images). The bulk of the site should be cut into text using CSS and use as little images as possible - to ensure the speed of the site. The top banner should be left as an image (it will be replaced by a flash file - if you have a sample flash file of that size that would be better) The header links (Home, about, services, prices, apparel, portfolio, get estimate, shop, etc) should be cut from each image and used as roll-overs. Welcome, Featured Apparel, Featured Design, Featured Site should be images all product descriptions for all products should be text each one with differnet styles in CSS If you could make the images border that color via CSS that would be great. All of the text on should be via css. Please make the entire page via php includes i.e. include ('[url removed, login to view]'); include ('[url removed, login to view]'); include ('[url removed, login to view]'); //only on the portfolio and shop pages include ('[url removed, login to view]'); include ('[url removed, login to view]');

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
