Custom Javascript Array

We would like the list on [login to view URL] to be comprised of only the attributes that received the highest rating. So for example if 5 attributes received "somehwat important", and no attributes received "very important", the list would be comprised of the former 5. If 10 attributes received "not too important", and nothing else was rated higher, the list would be comprised of those 10 attributes. Everything else "behind the scenes" should stay the same way it is now- javascript should fuel the display of items in the final list as seen on [login to view URL], with the only change being the list displayed is built from the set of highest ranked choices. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
