Cron Tabs, PHP file debugging, website maintenance

We run a site that places bids for customers on ebay at the final seconds of an auction it is called auction sniping. We are currently having issues getting the bids placed, we have upgraded from to php 5 and mysql 4. There is a file that places the bids that also needs to be debugged. I am also looking for a company that would like regular work updating and maintaining the site. If you would like to dive deeper into the code I have a lot of work to do to the site if you are interested let me know. Site is built with PHP and Javascript. I need a programmer that is very familiar with cron tabs. Strong apache, PHP, Database / mysql skills are a must. If you do this type of work and are interested please get in touch asap. Thanks.
