Cookie to disable video autoplay after first play

We have a flash video on our home page that auto plays when someone visits the page. We would like a simple script/cookie that disables the auto play feature after the first play for x minutes of a visitor's session. If the visitor clicks away from the home page and then returns the video should not auto play again for x minutes. We must be able to modify the cookie duration by editing the source code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional code in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Solution must work with our source code (attached) 3) Solution must work with flash video 4) Solution must function inside a Wordpress template (source code can be provided if required) 5) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition and be tested for functionality in the specified platform 6) Seller must be willing and available to assist buyer with installation until solution is fully functional in live environment. 7) Seller must respond to all communication from the buyer within 24 hours. 8) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
