Convert site to Wordpress theme

1. Convert [login to view URL] to wordpress theme. 2. allow wp-e-commerce plugin to list products in a block to the right (as it does now with the current cart). This is in the "featured Items" section". 3. "Categories" to Left work. 4. Links at the top link to proper pages, placeholders are fine. Must be able to unzip theme and go. Requires minor testing, means we may find little here and there things but won't have you rework the entire project unless we find major errors.
