Client-driven ''Tell a Friend'' code needed

I'm looking for a solid solution for my HTML newsletter that will allow readers to "tell a friend" by using their own email client. This includes web-based clients like Hotmail, GMail, etc.? This would just appear as a link in my HTML email newsletter. Upon click, the user's default email client is opened, a subject line is created, the body is created, and all they have to do is enter email addresses. This will send the user to a website that features the same article as the email newsletter. Optional features would include the inclusion of their entire friend's list in the CC line. This is sent from the user's client BY the user's click, and it just sends them to a webpage with the current article listed.
