CSS layout for template

I need some one to create a CSS layout for my template. I have tried tables and it is messing up. I will be using dreamweaver to add my content. Here is how it should be laid out. I am suppling the template for you to see with the instructions. the white under the header will be for the page links there needs to be a single box under short about the two rounded rectangles under products need to have two boxes centered in the different colors the center will have two boxes for each product the recent order should have two spaces the next two sections will have only one the footer needs to have three equal spaces for contact and more link sections. Any questions on the layout can be asked.
