Building a dating website.

Hi, I need someone to that can design and develop a website. The website is going to work just like a dating website, but is going to be focused on other segment. Website is going to be in Spanish, so spanish speakers preferably. -Design: I do not want a "from scratch design". I need someone that can adapt templates (color, images, etc.) -Programming/functionality: -Registration -Editing profile (images, information, videos from youtube, etc) -Messaging -Search by categories and characteristics. -Home page will display random users online. Probably going to update and improve website, so I´m looking for a long term relationship, with mantainance, SEO, and stuff.
