Brief Summary : I am looking for a booking/availability calendar, similar to what you can see here : [login to view URL] Please see the full description for more details. ## Deliverables Hello, I am creating a website which allows 'Employers' to visit, and see potential 'Employee' availability calendars. Employers can then select a free date on the employee calendar, fill out a customizable form, and request that day be 'booked'. I have considered using the following calendar : [login to view URL] It serves my purposes exceptionally well, but I believe I can get a better, custom version, designed by you, for much less. *****PLEASE VISIT THE BELOW LINKS****** You can see the admin pages here : [login to view URL] and the client pages here : [login to view URL] *****PLEASE VISIT THE ABOVE LINKS****** The calendar you build must: 1) Allows 'employers' (who must be logged in) to make booking reservations by selecting available dates, and submitting a customizable form (each calendar should have it's own customizable form) 2) Provide e-mail notifications to the employer and the employee when a booking is made, accepted, or cancelled, with customized messages for accepted or cancelled bookings (i.e. 'reasons') 3) Have a pass-word protected 'back-end' for EACH calendar, allowing users to log in to THEIR calendar, and edit/set free dates, see who has booked them, customize the form fields, customize all e-mail notifications 4) Have a Super-Admin access; someone who can see, edit, delete, modify ANY calendar ever created, and see the data flowing through them 5) Allow 'cancellations' of previously accepted bookings, which would send an e-mail to notify the original booker of the cancellation plus any reasons 6) Allow booking for specific TIMES of the day (NOTE : Only 1 booking per day will EVER be accepted, but the calendar must allow a spot to insert the start/end time the worker can expect on that day) 7) Allow for booking of multiple days using just 1 form, by allowing the selection of more than 1 day on the calendar. 8) Allow users to set days which will never be available, i.e. 'Unavailable days' (i.e. a day when they may have a standing appointment and will never be free) 9) Search functionality : 'Employers' can visit a search form where they can enter ONE DAY they need to find someone, then have results returned showing the calendars of any workers WITH that day free, who are in the AREA that employer selected (i.e. 'Canada', 'USA', 'Japan'). So there will be two variables, 'Location', and 'Date required Free' 10) Each Calendar must be individual; one user should log in and see only HIS/HER calendar, though all calendars will be visible by the super-admin. 11) Be 'Pluggable'. The website is being built with a CMS (Wordpress), and on any individual page, using wordpress shortcodes OR php include, or some type of device.
