*Experience developing auction websites similar to Ebay.
*Skype video for daily communication and screen sharing when applicable
*Communicate effectively and clearly in English
With all that being said, I had a PHP auction script installed on Linux VPS server for auction website. I need the applicant to completely code a new template and [login to view URL] sheet for the front end of the website. The current template can be viewed at [login to view URL] I want to significantly change the look of the client side of the site. The .psd file of the website design will be delivered to the hired developer. Applicant needs to have the capacity to code SEO friendly code of 500 lines or less within a 8 -10 hour period of course which the full source code must pass W3C validation. Some of the code is encoded in Ioncude. This will need to be decoded and possibly checked for any bugs and fixed. Preference will be given to U.S. applicants who meets the above qualifications along with reasonable low bid rate. The development will be done on my server so I can see the daily progress.
