Advertisement Platform

Gentleman, My partner and I are looking for a team to help us develop and advertising platform. We are looking for a team to stick with us long term. This initial bid will be for the development of the main platform infrastructure. We will keep you on board and pay you for program updates/management. The platform will be similar to adsense/adwords, but with video ads instead of text/image ads. You job will be to construct and code the entire thing (site, platform, and widgets). I'll provide you with PSDs of every element, so you don't have to do any design work, only coding. The program will function as follows: Users can register through the site as an advertiser or publisher. Advertisers pay to post their ads on publisher websites. Advertisers upload a video (.h264) and pay 'per-click'. Publishers get paid per-click. Publishers can place video ads on their Wordpress site through a Wordpress plugin (that acts as a widget). Ads show up on sidebars. So fundamentally you'll be creating the: Website User database Platform Wordpress widget Etc.. The platform must be clean, fast, and have cross-browser/mobile compatibility. It will be extremely SIMPLE to use, for both advertisers and publishers. You will see this by the PSDs provided. I'll be available 24/7 to assist with the construction. Assembling this thing will be very clear. Please be very realistic about your budget requirements. Obviously, we appreciate and will highly consider the more affordable bids, but we are looking for QUALITY more than anything else. We want this thing to function like a Mercedes.
