API connected content management frontend

Supplier must be able to connect to a existing php Api using ajax+json for data retrieval. Api metod calles and url will be supplies with instructions from my side. Content management system features: *Present a user friendly interface using the content supplied from the api, mainly dynamic tables that allow editing and transfer or selected rows to different tables on page , or by dragging or by a click flow. *Adding/Removing/Editing content related rows in database, using Api. *Photo upload and management: upload, organize/create in relevant folder , limit size of file, check for file type, return URL of file for later use, delete from server. *Simple percentage limitation for tables, some values together must have the sum of 100%. show alert, and limit. *All elements must have a simple UI, i will supply the images for the elements used. Code will be subjected to code review and quality checks, code that dose not meet the standard will be subjected to refactoring on my request. A basic example will be supplied to a relevant freelancer.
