This site will be similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] but instead of submiting news stories users will submit Flash animations. Users will be allowed to register and then submit links to their favorite flash files. They will also be able to assign them to categories and tag them. Other users will vote and comment on the flash files. The web site must be able to generate a thumbnail of the flash file once the user enters the URL. The thumbnail will then act as the link to the flash file. The flash file will not be hosted on our site. We will only have a thumbnail link and user comments. The site will showcase and share peoples favorite flash files. The site will focus on the China market. The coder DOES NOT NEED to be Chinese. We can translate the site later on.
