count down timer script with cookies

I want a javascript or similar code that can run on the website www.3adx.com. The script should show a count down timer starting at 60 minutes and then countdown with 1 second every second. The script should show a next right to it. This text should be click-able as a hyper link. I should be able to write whatever I like in that text. Once the countdown timer reaches "zero" after 60 minutes then both the countdown timer and the text on the right side should dissapear. If a visitor has entered the page before then the script should remember the amount of time left. So, if a visitor first time spent 17 minutes on the web-page then next time the countdown should start at 43 minutes and continue to count down from there. This script should NOT open a "pop-up" page - it should reside on a "normal page" only such as index.htm. ## Deliverables simply the script (which works as outlined) plus any instructions to make it work (such as where do I put what part of the code on a given page to make the script work) ## Platform xp, frontpage 2002
